FCC Overreach

The captured agency strikes again.

We need local laws to reign in obvious FCC overreach and rampant Wireless industry greed. Every community can regulate the maximum Signal Strength for Wireless Telecommunications Facilities (WTFs) of Any Size or Any “G” in the public rights-of-way to preserve the Quiet Enjoyment of Streets (QES) — by limiting the Signal Strength in any area accessible to people to NO HIGHER than -85 dBm . . . because that is all the power needed for 5-bars of telecommunications service.
